Who is your current cell phone provider?

I had Sprint for 7 years and lived all over the east coast and always had good reception, while their service leaves something to be desired. Now I have AT&T cause i got the Iphone and their reception sucks. I drop calls all the time. I hope Apple unlocks the Iphone here in the US cause I will switch back to Sprint

those with nextel, how do you like your reception? i have at&t but will be making a switch to either nextel or verizon.

I went from Verizon to Nextel to AT&T. I like AT&T the best due to phone selection and being able to have a SIM so you are not locked to a device. My coverage and useage has been fine. And the roll over minutes are great.

Verizon had great coverage and they have got better. The area is blanketed in EVDO. 3G has just landed in most of this area but limited to following the northway up to Exit 15.

Nextel, in one simple word, horrible. Get a dual mode phone (Sprint PCS for cell and Nextel for 2 way) if you go that route. Because voice on nextel is crap. I was constantly getting network busy messages when trying to call people. I canceled after I tried to call 911 and could not because of the network.

i have had nextel for almost 10years its always been good for me push to talk is great for work.

Sprint is the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever had......and I've tried them all over the years except Nextel due to the fact I already knew they sucked for coverage. Mind you, I live way the heck up North from you guys and girls and I still get coverage in places you wouldn't even expect one single bar! Very happy Sprint customer......and the rates are VERY fair!:thumbsup
