Why is is no matter how small I adjust the size of my pic, I cant upload it to my profile pic?? Ive gone down below the 400x400 and still wont let me do it. Have no problem uploading other pics on site.

Sorry didn't notice this thread started.

The Profile pictures are jpg and 400x400 200k max size.

If you're under 400x400 and still getting "too big" message you're over the file size. Lowering the quality of the jpg is the best option.
