I bought a 2004 Yamaha Zuma Sport Scooter brand new from J&J. The Sherburne location did not have it, but the Oneida one did..so they trucked it down for me. They were pretty good about it. Friendly, seemed to know what they were talking about for the most part.

About 2 months later when I wanted to sell/trade the scooter in, they would give me a maximum of $800 on the scooter I had just paid almost $2000 for citing "depreciation" and "end of the season" (September). Hmm, ok, I guess I can live with that. Fair enough..sorta..

Overall, I would probably do business with them again. No real complaints, but I haven't done a lot of dealing with them either. Ehhhhh they are OK.

Seems to me that you may have issues with every dealer. Trade in always suchs. That's why people sell it privately. As soon as you drive it off the floor, depreciation begins.......

Just wanted to tell everybody to stay away from this place, they don't know how to deal with people. I called there today to see if i could return a part. I wasn't being belligerent or disrespectful at all just wanted my money back on a part I bought from them. The man started getting all irate and hung up on me it was crazy. I have had issues with them before and it's just ridiculousness. Just thought I would let everybody know and save them the hassle.

I've yet to hear one person have a good experience with them, yet I can think of dozens that haven't. They are hacks and so over priced it's not even funny. They lost Yamaha dealership last year which is no surprise, they will be out of business shortly.

I wouldnt do business at J&J...in fact, they lost their Yamaha dealership cause they suck so hard. Since the one partner passed away this place went to shit...quick.
