I bought a 2004 Yamaha Zuma Sport Scooter brand new from J&J. The Sherburne location did not have it, but the Oneida one did..so they trucked it down for me. They were pretty good about it. Friendly, seemed to know what they were talking about for the most part.
About 2 months later when I wanted to sell/trade the scooter in, they would give me a maximum of $800 on the scooter I had just paid almost $2000 for citing "depreciation" and "end of the season" (September). Hmm, ok, I guess I can live with that. Fair enough..sorta..
Overall, I would probably do business with them again. No real complaints, but I haven't done a lot of dealing with them either. Ehhhhh they are OK.
