The title was "Nightingale Run" and it was sponsered by the Cortland Memorial Hospital Foundation. It went from Cortland to the Long Point Winery out on route 90 on Cayuga lake. It was a benefit ride. There were a couple of folks I thought were folks who visit here. Maybe not.

It was a parade to the winery followed by food and a band. I managed to win the 50/50 raffle and broke even for the day as far as $ goes. Well, once we gave 1/2 what we won back to them.

Just reread this and see that it is very staccato in form. That may be because we went to the bar (on 4 wheels) after the ride prior to posting this. Sorry.:o
