OK guys,

It's time for me to do something about this disgusting mass of a 'body' I've been hauling around.

Looking for recommendations for local gyms in the Colonie area.

Also please give reason(s) for your recommendations.

ABC sports and fitness ~ open 24/7 and they have a ton of treadmills, liftin epquipment and free weights, they do tennis and basketball and boxing. A ton of streching epquipment and nice people work there - I usteo!.

Planet Fitness on albany shaker its like 10$ / mo open 24 hours except on sun they close at like 6 or 8 I think. Plus they are about to add on to it to make it even bigger.

I got a deal through work when they opened...nothing down 10$ a month.

Elite Fitness in Mohawk Commons...thats the jumpoff. Lil Jax my pops goes to the Planet Fitness, so if you see a big Puerto Rican with salt and pepper hair, thats him. You shoudl hit on him...lmao, that would be funny!

I recently joined Planet Fitness in Kimberly Square (Albany-Shaker & Osborne). $40 down and $15 p/m guaranteed for 3 yrs for unlimited use local club ($5 per use for other Planet Fitness locations) or $20 p/m with nothing down for unlimited use any Planet Fitness. Open 12:00 AM Monday - 12:00 AM Saturday and 7 AM - 7 PM Saturday & Sunday. I go in Mon & Wed at 5:30 AM, Fri morning and Saturday morning/afternoon and have had no problems getting to machines/showers.

What about the one across from Denny's on Wolf Rd? Arizona Fitness I think it is..

That's probably closest to me.

Anyone have any experience with them??
