Saturday 10-14-08 Electric City riders held some nice late season races at Albany Saratoga Speedway.

the races were part of the Want Ad digest Swap Meet, Craft Fair, Family Activity Motoshow.

the day turned out to be pretty nice, especially when the sun was out.

the racing was close and fast. The track was in great shape and seemed a perfect size for the little bike I was on.

I had a great time and I am looking forward to next years event and to some Ice Racing.

I would like to Thank Jim from Procycles for doing the registration etc and for letting Connor use a couple of his bikes.

For anyone who hasnt seen or heard. Honda has a new CRF150 that is simply crazy. It literally blew the 85 2 strokes away and was turning faster laps than the 250s. This bike is going to be a serious 85cc class killer.
This bike is no joke.

Thanks for a great show Jim and all of ECR.

We had to deliver & install a library yesterday so we couldn't make it. I hope someone got some pictures to show us.

Dave, you're the greatest!!!

The races yesterday were a great success. It looks like we (EC Riders) may be able to put on some more next year. We are looking forward to that.

Yes, Connor LaFrance is an outstanding young rider who has the potential to be a future star. This is why he has a full ride with me. He has to do no more than ride the bike and I do all the rest. He has really done me well. Yesterday he won both the 85 class on our brand new HONDA CRF150R and he also won the 250 class on our Honda CRF250. I will be taking him to Daytona this Feb and he will be riding my bikes against the best in the US. I'm really pumped for this as I feel we have a good chance at winning this event.

My other rider Cameron Suriano, in the absence of my son, rode our CRF100 to a nice win in the 100 class followed closely by Mrvyper2u. Pro Cycles had a good day no doubt with 3 class wins. Check out these winner's circle photos.
